We collect information that invited guests provide to us directly: name, mobile phone number, and RSVP details (attendance, meal preferences, and travel plans). Mobile numbers are collected only from guests who gave them to us personally so we could send wedding updates.

We use this information solely to plan and communicate about our wedding — to send save-the-dates, invitation and RSVP links, reminders, and day-of logistics (such as shuttle and event details), and to coordinate the weekend. We do not use it for marketing of any kind.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with any third party for their own use or for marketing. The only parties who ever handle it are the service providers that help us run the wedding — for example, our text-messaging provider (Twilio) and our hotel — and only to carry out wedding-related tasks on our behalf. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
